Used Auto Solutions sells used automotive parts including engines, transmissions, and related components. All parts are used and sold as-is with the warranty terms described in our Warranty Policy. Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Used Auto Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns are accepted for defective or incorrectly described parts within the warranty period. Contact us before returning any part. Parts must be unmodified and undamaged during installation. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned part. Shipping costs for returns due to customer error are the customer's responsibility.
Used Auto Solutions' liability is limited to the purchase price of the part. We are not responsible for labor costs, towing charges, vehicle downtime, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of our products.
While we strive to provide accurate product information, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website is error-free. Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility with their vehicle.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Columbia County, Florida.
